RPGdimwits
RPG Dimwits is a gaming group devoted to playing tabletop roleplaying games in an online environment. Our game sessions and campaigns use rules-lite systems that focus on storyline, characters, quick action, and settings over rules and mechanics. Our games sessions are held online using OpenRPG or ScreenMonkey in conjunction with Skype, all of which are freeware. Currently there are only a handful of members, but we are looking to change that. We are an older group, most of us in our thirties, but are open to anyone over the age of eighteen. Anyone interested in joining up as a player, or GMing a game themselves, should contact us.Current Games and Campaigns

Dustlands
A struggle for survival in a world devastated by a mysterious global calamity. Dustlands presents a unique, plausible, and playable take on the post-apocalyptic genre that focuses on storyline and characters, and their struggle to adapt to life in a world where nothing can be taken for granted. Interaction between characters plays a key role in this campaign as well, since true loners tend to lead very short lifespans in Dustlands. Dustlands uses the ADAPT: Core System as a basis to handle actions within the game in a quick, fun, and playable manner. In The Works
Awakenings
Awakenings is a Star Frontiers? campaign that takes place at the very end of the Second Sathar War (SWII). It is 90FY - ten years since the Sathar showed their hand on Volturnus. The conflict was the most bloody and brutal the races of the Frontier have ever known. Although all of the remaining pockets of the Sathar invaders and their allies have been eliminated, the Frontier has not yet recovered from the destruction those invaders brought with them. The recovery process has only just begun…WWII Commandos?

Tips
Before proceeding to your place, please take a few minutes to read these basic tips:
- Although Netcipia is optimized for FireFox, Internet Explorer (IE) 6 and IE 7 are also supported.
- To change your password, go to your profile (link at the top of the page), and click on edit.
- To create a page, either:
- Type the name of the page in the corresponding field in the right column, and fill in the content of the page.
- While you are typing your text in an existing page, simply create a link to the new page: although the page does not exist yet (a question mark will appear next to the link), simply click on the link and the new page will be loaded in edit mode.
- Netcipia places contain two text editors: A simplified editor, that uses a Wiki syntax, and a WYSIWYG editor, that enables code-free formatting. Novice users should use the WYSIWYG editor. Advanced users will benefit from the greater speed and performance of the Wiki editor.
- By default, a Netcipia place is private and only you can access it. As the place owner, you can invite other users. Simply click on "Members - Invite" in the Toolbox (right column). You can also change the global access rights to a place, and make it public. Simply click on "Place - Right" in the Toolbox.
